Savanna Grassland
The African savanna is a grassland with scattered trees, grasses, and fruits. Animals come and go depending on the seasons (rainy or dry). Grasslands cover almost half the surface of Africa about 5 million square miles and is in large areas of Australia, South America, and India. Climate is the most important factor in creating a savanna, the climate in the savannas are always found in warm or hot climates and near the equator. The picture at the bottom left shows where all grasslands are located, and the one on the bottom right shows the African Savanna.
